City-wide licensing for Municipalities and Metros

License every neighborhood inside your city limits

Municipalities can buy a custom license covering every neighborhood within their physical boundary.

A single agreement covers every neighborhood in the boundary, with one roster and one standard. Without it, each neighborhood licenses separately and practices vary.

City-wide exercises depend on clearly assigned roles. A municipal license applies the same clarity to the neighborhood level.

Why municipalities license the program

Observability

You can see which blocks are covered, who holds each license, when each block last met and where the meshcore nodes are located. The same record serves as a planning map before an event and a contact list during one.

Consistency

Every neighborhood follows the same operations plan, meeting schedule and radio conventions. CERT and NET leads brief one program rather than many local variations.

What the fee covers

Consultation

A scoping engagement with your emergency manager to define the boundary, segment the neighborhoods and set a rollout order based on assessed risk.

Custom workbooks

Every workbook set with your city's hazards, shelter sites, frequencies and contacts written in. Your seal sits beside the Bloc Captain mark.

Blanket license

One agreement covering every neighborhood inside your boundary. Neighborhoods enroll under it at no additional cost and without separate paperwork.

Roster and coverage map

A current list of licensed neighborhoods, captains and meshcore nodes. It can be exported for your EOC and is reviewed with you quarterly.

Captain training

Two facilitated onboarding sessions per year, run with your CERT and NET coordinators so the block layer and the city layer drill together.

Meshcore standard

One channel plan, naming convention and node-siting guide for the whole boundary, so a captain from one neighborhood can be heard in the next.

Pricing

Send your boundary and an estimated neighborhood count and we will return a quote and a rollout schedule. We onboard municipalities in the order they apply.
