Name
Permission to call your volunteers Bloc Captains and to use the mark on materials you print for your own neighbors.

What the license asks back
There are four conditions. None of them carry a cost. If your association can meet them, the license is yours.
Run the program non-commercially. Neighbors are not charged to take part and the materials are not resold.
Keep the mark intact. Replace the neighborhood name and leave the wordmark unchanged.
Contact your NET or CERT team before running any training. The program is designed to work alongside them.
Send a captain count once a year. That is the only reporting requirement.
Where it started
Irvington Ready
The program began in Irvington. This license standardizes it as a framework any neighborhood or municipality can adapt.
